I am excited to announce some updates! To better reflect my advanced training, certifications, and licensing, I have made a few changes to the pricing and services structure, which will be in FULL effect on November 1st!

Now, instead of booking separate services (i.e. Pilates Session, Acupuncture Treatment, Cupping, etc…), you can simply choose between 50 minute or 90 minute sessions that may include any single service, or a combination of services.

You can book single sessions, or save with (new) 5 pack and 10 pack options, giving you more flexibility to personalize your care and focus on what works best for your individual needs. This way, the options for treatments are unlimited! (..Okay, there might technically be a limit, but I haven’t been a mathlete since 2004…) This way we can tailor your sessions based on what you might need depending on how you are feeling the day of, or to address any new health changes that might need addressed while under my care.

This means if you purchase a 10 pack of 50 minutes sessions, we can do 10 individualized Pilates sessions or 10 Acupuncture treatments, or a mixture of both without needing to commit to one or the other. An example of this might look like 5 Pilates sessions, 3 Acupuncture treatments w/ some Pilates stretching, and 2 Dry Needling w/ Cupping sessions. You won’t be limited to a specific modality, instead you are paying for a customized session to best address your needs. I still recommend 90 minutes for anyone interested in Pilates and Acupuncture to allow us adequate time to focus on each modality.

I understand price increases can be challenging, but are necessary to reflect the quality of care I provide along with the ongoing training and licensing to increase my value as a medical practitioner in the Health and Wellness industry here in Denver. Believe it or not, even with this adjustment, the new pricing still falls below inflation compared to my 2021 rates! Please know, I am committed to keeping prices as reasonable as possible while continuing to provide high-quality care.
